Terms of Use

AutoApplyHQ helps users manage job opportunities, organize job-search activity, tailor resumes, evaluate job fit, and fill repetitive application fields using information from their resumes and profiles.

AutoApplyHQ is a software tool. It is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, career counselor, legal advisor, or financial advisor.

You are responsible for all information you submit, upload, save, generate, edit, autofill, or send through or with the Services.

You agree that you are responsible for:

• Reviewing all resumes, job materials, autofilled fields, and application information before using or submitting them
• Ensuring that your information is accurate, truthful, complete, and not misleading
• Deciding whether to apply to any job opportunity
• Submitting job applications yourself
• Complying with employer, job board, applicant tracking system, and third-party website rules
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs through your account

AutoApplyHQ may help fill repetitive fields, but AutoApplyHQ does not submit applications on your behalf. You must review and submit any application yourself.

AutoApplyHQ does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, employment, compensation increases, recruiter responses, or any specific job-search outcome.

Any guidance, scoring, resume suggestions, compatibility analysis, or application support provided by the Services is for informational and productivity purposes only.

Your job-search results may depend on many factors outside AutoApplyHQ’s control, including your experience, qualifications, target roles, application strategy, labor market conditions, employer preferences, interview performance, timing, location, compensation expectations, and hiring processes.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may use third-party authentication providers, such as Clerk, to support account creation and login.

The AutoApplyHQ Chrome extension may allow you to save job listings and fill repetitive application fields on supported websites.

You agree that:

• The extension should only be used on pages where you have the right to use it
• You will review all autofilled information before submitting any application
• You will not use the extension to violate any website’s terms, policies, or technical restrictions
• You will not use the extension to submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized applications
• AutoApplyHQ is not responsible for errors caused by third-party websites, job boards, applicant tracking systems, page changes, form changes, or unsupported fields

The extension does not guarantee compatibility with every job board, employer website, applicant tracking system, browser version, or application flow.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access another user’s account, data, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the Services except as allowed by law
• Use the Services to build a competing product or service
• Overload, abuse, or circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Use bots, scripts, or automation in a way that violates third-party websites’ terms or applicable law
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

“User Content” means information you submit, upload, save, generate, or provide through the Services, including resumes, job descriptions, saved jobs, profile data, notes, and application-related information.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Services, you grant AutoApplyHQ a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, and use your User Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

AutoApplyHQ may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate resume suggestions, job-fit analysis, tailored resume drafts, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your circumstances
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before using them
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important career, legal, financial, or employment decisions
• AutoApplyHQ is not responsible for employer decisions, hiring outcomes, or third-party interpretations of materials you submit

The Services may interact with or link to third-party websites, job boards, employer websites, applicant tracking systems, authentication providers, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, and other services.

AutoApplyHQ does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, accuracy, security, or practices.

Your use of third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Some AutoApplyHQ features may require payment. If paid plans, subscriptions, trials, or one-time purchases are offered, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout or in the relevant offer materials.

By purchasing a paid plan or service, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Fees are due in advance
• Subscription fees may renew automatically
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in loss of access to paid features
• We may change pricing or plan features prospectively with notice where required

Refunds, if any, will be provided according to the refund policy stated at checkout or in the applicable offer materials. If no refund policy is stated, payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may offer free trials, promotional access, early access, beta features, or experimental features. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue these features at any time.

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, unreliable, or subject to change. You use them at your own risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services if:

• You violate these Terms
• We believe your use creates risk, legal exposure, or security concerns
• Payment fails for paid features
• We are required to do so by law
• The Services are discontinued
• Your account appears fraudulent, abusive, or harmful

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will stop. Certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, ownership provisions, and dispute-related terms.

You may request deletion of your account or personal data by contacting us at:

Deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, backup, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

The Services, including software, design, branding, logos, text, features, workflows, and other content, are owned by AutoApplyHQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

AutoApplyHQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal job-search purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations about the Services, you grant AutoApplyHQ the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoApplyHQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times
• The Services will produce accurate or complete results
• The Services will be compatible with every job board, employer site, or applicant tracking system
• Autofill will work on every form or field
• Any resume, recommendation, score, or generated content will improve your job-search outcome
• You will receive interviews, offers, employment, or compensation

You use the Services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoApplyHQ and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost employment prospects, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoApplyHQ’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to AutoApplyHQ in the three months before the claim arose, or
• $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoApplyHQ and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Your use of third-party websites, job boards, employer sites, or applicant tracking systems
• Any application materials or information you submit to employers or third parties

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
